Payment protection insurance
Improving standards in payment protection insurance sales is a key FSA priority and we continue to take action against firms that fall below our standards.
This has been an important initiative in the last couple of years. We have taken enforcement action against a number of firms and have worked with others to improve their practice to protect consumers. For more information see our good practice page on PPI.
