The build-your-own disclosure documents are being updated to reflect the new compensation limits which came in from 1 January 2010. If you use the documents found here the compensation limits will be incorrect. We are also changing the web address for the FSA Register. We will let you know when these changes have been made.

The resources on this page will help you put together an initial disclosure document or combined initial disclsoure document for your firm.

This will allow you to meet our status disclosure, scope of service and fee disclosure requirements if you:

• use the notes for completion when you put your document together; and
• provide your customer with the document at the correct time.

The templates are saved as Microsoft Word files that you can customise, making sure you take out the cross-references and square brackets and use the notes for completion.
