Disapplication of exemption
The following members of a profession or individuals controlled or managed by one or more members of a profession are the subject of an order made under section 329 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 disapplying an exemption from the general prohibition and may not perform the exempt regulated activities specified in the order.
