This section of the FSA website is dedicated to small firms. By that, we generally mean firms who have been given the Customer Contact Centre as their FSA point-of-contact.
New website launched
New style website for smaller firms
We’ve changed the small firms’ website to improve it and make it easier to use.
How has it changed?
- It has a more contemporary design.
- We have improved the navigation.
- There are fewer pages.
- We’ve cut down the number of words.
- Wherever we could, we’ve simplified the language.
- We’ve brought together information which was previously scattered around the FSA site.

The web pages for Wholesale small firms and Mutual societies have not been changed and are not included in the new site. They are still available from the navigation bar on the left hand side of this page.
