The Performance Account - 2002/03
To coincide with the publication of the Annual Report 2002/03, we are making some additional reports on our performance. The Performance Account is composed of three strands, in line with our published approach to performance evaluation:
- High level
indicators: [PDF]
In the Plan & Budget 2002/03 we published a range of long-term indicators to help evaluate the extent to which the FSA has progressed towards the stated strategic aims set out in the three-year Strategic Plan to 2005.
- Key priorities 2002/03: [PDF]
This reports on our key priorities set out in the Plan & Budget 2002/03. For ease of reference, we have provided hyperlinks to the relevant parts of the Annual Report 2002/03. Where these are either not covered or insufficiently covered in the Annual Report, we are using this document to complete our report on the progress made.
- Process measures (service standards): [PDF]
These were set out in the Plan & Budget 2003/04 and this shows our first year's performance against them.
