Disclosure of Contracts for Difference - Feedback on CP08/17 and final rules
In this paper we respond to the comments we received in relation to CP08/17 on the disclosure of Contracts for Difference (CfDs). CP08/17 set out proposed draft rules to implement the policy decision on the disclosure of CfDs and other financial instruments that we published in July 2008.
