The FSA's Consultation paper CP10/2 is entitled 'Mortgage Market Review: Arrears & Approved Persons'. It was published in January 2010. Comments on all proposed amendments should reach us by 30 April 2010.

We have updated CP10/2 to provide clarification as to which roles are captured by the proposed extension approved persons regime, particularly within home finance providers. The deadline for responses remains at 30 April 2010.
