CP08/18: Regulatory fees and levies: policy proposals for 2009/10
The FSA's Consultation paper CP08/18 is entitled 'Regulatory fees and levies: policy proposals for 2009/10'. It was published in October 2008 and the period for consultation responses closes on 16 January 2009, except for chapter 10 which closes on 31 December 2008.

Erratum
Please note that since publication, an error was identified in paragraph 8.5. This stated that "Firms authorised under FSMA are exempt from PSD authorisation or registration requirements so are not affected by the application fees we will introduce for PSD implementation." This should have read "Credit institutions and e-money issuers are exempt from PSD authorisation or registration requirements...". The CP has now been amended to reflect this.
