CP08/5: Sponsor regime - a targeted review
The FSA's Consultation paper 08/5 is entitled 'Sponsor regime - a targeted review'. It was published in March 2007 and the period for consultation responses was due to close on 6 June 2008.
We have extended the consultation period for CP08/5 to coincide with the quarterly consultation paper that is due to be published on or around 7 July 2008. The extension will enable the market to consider additional amendments proposed to the sponsor regime that will be included in the quarterly consultation paper. The consultation period for CP 08/5 and for the quarterly review will close on or around 7 September 2008.
