The Employee Handbook provides a guide to our 'people' policies. It also contains details of some of your terms and conditions of employment with the FSA. This is where you can read an explanation of the precise relationship between the employee handbook and your contract.

You can find the information you are looking for and navigate the site by using the left-hand vertical bar which is situated on every page.

  • At the top of the navigation bar there is an A - Z index of the main areas that can be found in alphabetical order;
  • The remainder of the navigation consists of a themed index of the policies; and
  • You can also use the search function located at the top of each page.
