The attached documents comprise the FSA's Report to the Court in relation to the proposed transfer of with-profits annuities from The Equitable Life Assurance Society to The Prudential Assurance Company Limited pursuant to section 107 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000.
This Report is made in order to provide the Court with information on the position of the Financial Services Authority on the proposed Scheme.
