This feedback statement gives feedback on the responses to the issues paper and sets out our policy proposals, which we have formulated taking account of those responses.

We are publishing a feedback statement on the With-Profits Review at the same time as this paper. Although we welcome comments now on these proposals, we intend to publish a consultation paper by the end of 2002.
