FSA seeks permission to appeal Tribunal's decision on Salman Khan

The Financial Services Authority (FSA) has applied for permission to appeal the Financial Services and Markets Tribunal decision of 16 April 2008 in relation to Salman A Khan, a general insurance intermediary, who trades from 104 Bodley Road, New Malden, Surrey KT3 5QH.
The FSA is seeking leave, as it considers that the Tribunal has not correctly applied the law in this case.
