On 12 May 2006 we settled our legal proceedings against Mr Woodward and Mr Fradley for conducting a collective investment scheme without FSA authorisation.

The Court Ordered Mr Woodward and Mr Fradley to pay us approximately £100,000 for us to distribute to the investors of the unauthorised betting syndicate. John Parrott, the sports celebrity who helped advertise this scheme, has paid the commission he received from Mr Woodward and Mr Fradley to us. This has increased the amount of money we have to distribute to investors.
