Carl Rigby and Gareth Bailey - update

Mr Carl Rigby and Mr Gareth Bailey were sentenced to 3.5 years and 2 years respectively on 7 October 2005 for making a false and misleading statement.
Following a hearing at the Court of Appeal on 20 December 2005, Mr Rigby's sentence was reduced to 18 months and Mr Bailey's sentence was reduced to 9 months.
