The FSA must publish such information about the matter to which a final notice relates as it considers appropriate. In most cases, the final notice will be the full version as issued to the addressee, but in some cases it might not be the full version as issued. It is also our normal practice to include on a final notice a home address, where there is no appropriate business address.
