We are here to help mortgage advisers keep to our regulatory requirements. We do this by giving you a contact centre you can call or email for help and advice and having open events around the country to answer questions face to face and advise you and aid your understanding of our requirements.

Roadshows - finding out what your FSA supervisor has been doing
Our roadshows aim to help you understand key regulatory issues. These are run by FSA staff who supervise financial adviser firms and are a high-level view of topical issues and findings from our recent research.
We are also running a one off workshop in each location to help you understand how you can work towards meeting the principle of treating customers fairly. There is a charge of £50 for this workshop.

Our surgeries offer you the chance to meet us for a one-to-one discussion on topics of your choice. We run these throughout the year in different parts of the country at our own events and those run by others.

We use our communications with you to give you feedback on our research and provide helpful information.
