This page provides information on the current schedule for Reference Data updates as agreed between the FSA and Approved Reporting Mechanisms (ARMs). This information is provided to ensure consistency in Reference Data Management across the industry.

Intra Month Updates

This section will contain details of any Intra Month Reference Data updates. At present there are no Intra Month Reference data updates.

Legacy currencies

The price notation field in a transaction report should contain the alpha ISO 4217 currency code of the currency in which the unit price is expressed, or in the case of debt traded in the currency of denomination before conversion to the Euro, the pre-Euro legacy currency code.

XMIL

The FSA is currently discussing the use of the 'XMIL' MIC code with the industry. We would therefore continue to accept XMIL as a MIC code until further notice.

FSA Reference Numbers

A list of FSA Reference Numbers (FRNs) is now being issued to the ARMs on a weekly basis.
