Upon authorisation, a firm will have received a reporting schedule in its authorisation pack. Firms should continue with their historic reporting regime at this time.

Firms not currently authorised should refer to the FSA Handbook to identify their potential reporting requirements. The main bulk of these can be found in chapter 16 and 17 of the Supervision Manual, but firms should note that this is not exhaustive, especially depending on the type of business a firm undertakes.

Payment Protection Insurance (PPI) reporting form
