This conference will explore the key role that the Enforcement and Financial Crime Division will play in delivering our commitment to early intervention and timely and impactful outcomes for consumers, mirroring the FSA's commitment to a more outward-looking consumer-focussed approach. It will include discussion of the way in which we deliver robust outcomes in both the retail and wholesale markets, and the manner in which enforcement is evolving following our internal shift to "twin peaks" regulation.Who should attend?
