As an independent regulator, we do not recommend specific firms or products. We also do not investigate individual complaints – the Financial Ombudsman Service may be able to help with this.

For queries about credit cards, loans, overdrafts or hire purchase agreements, contact the Office of Fair Trading (OFT).
