The Regulated Covered Bonds Register is a public record of all regulated covered bond issuers and regulated covered bonds.

Disclaimer

The FSA's functions under the Regulated Covered Bond Regulations are separate from its functions under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (FSMA) and under other applicable legislation. The FSA will approach any conflicts which may arise between such functions on a case by case basis (which may for instance include issues over whether depositors' interests are preferred over other creditors or vice versa) taking due account of all relevant factors. Admission to the register of issuers or bonds to the register of regulated bonds does not preclude or limit the scope of the FSA's powers under FSMA and under other applicable legislation.
