The purpose of these 'Memorandum of Understanding' is to provide a framework for the relationship between the Financial Services Authority and other organisations. They reflect the fact that whilst all of the bodies are operationally independent and have distinct functions, we will need to co-operate and communicate constructively with each other in order to carry out our functions effectively.
