Annual Report 2002/03
The FSA's Annual Report is made to the Chancellor of the Exchequer, who lays the report before Parliament. The Report describes the progress the FSA has made against our Strategic Plan in pursuit of the statutory objectives we were set in the Financial Service and Markets Act 2000. The Report also contains our responses to the Annual Reports of the Consumer, Practitioner and Small Business Practitioner Panels and the Complaints Commissioner. It provides detailed statistics on the regulated population.
We are also using the website to report for the first time the FSA's performance against its high level indicators and service standards, together with some additional reporting on our key priorities. This is in line with Our approach to performance evaluation (January 2002) and can be found on The Performance Account webpage.
