This Policy Statement provides a brief overview of the responses that we received during consultation and feedback on the systems and controls provisions in CP97 ('Integrated Prudential Sourcebook'), CP128 ('Liquidity risk in the Integrated Prudential Sourcebook - Systems and controls chapter'), and CP142 ('Operational risk systems and controls'). It also presents the 'near-final' text to these chapters (with the exception of group risk, which is the subject of a separate consultation).
