Stakeholder Pensions
This policy statement contains the FSA's feedback on CP61 published in August 2000 which set out our proposals for regulating stakeholder pension schemes ('SHPs'). CP61 itself followed an earlier Discussion paper outlining our approach to the regulation of SHPs.
