Money Laundering: the FSA's new role
This policy statement reports on the main issues arising from CP46 ('Money Laundering: the FSA’s new role'). It also contains the ‘final’ Money Laundering sourcebook. The sourcebook has been approved by the Board of the FSA and will be legally made when the FSA assumes its rule-making powers. A few minor amendments may then be necessary to take account of changes in other areas such as Handbook definitions.
