CP06/20: Financial promotion and other communications
The FSA's Consultation paper 06/20 is entitled 'Financial promotion and other communications' and includes draft Handbook text for NEWCOB 4 and 5. It was published in October 2006. Comments on the MiFID transposition elements of this consultation should reach us by 28 November 2006. Comments on other elements of this consultation should reach us by 23 February 2007.
