The draft rules about our proposals on arrears and repossessions for Home Purchase Plans were unfortunately omitted from the draft Handbook text in Appendix 1 (Volume 2). In view of this, we are reopening CP 06/8 for the purpose of consulting on those rules for a period of three weeks, running from 9 to 31 August 2006. We apologise for this mistake and the inconvenience it has caused.
