The FSA's Consultation paper 04/5 is entitled 'Miscellaneous amendments to the Handbook (No. 13)'. It was published in March 2004 and the period for consultation responses closes on 18 May 2004, except for comments on the proposal in Chapter 4 which should reach us by 19 April 2004.
