The FSA's Consultation paper 191 is entitled 'Miscellaneous amendments to the Handbook (No. 9)'. It was published in July 2003 and the period for consultation responses closes on 24 September 2003. Please note that the consultation period for the proposals in Chapter 2 only (Insurance against financial penalties imposed by the FSA) has been extended to the end of October.
