Conduct of Business
The Conduct of Business Sourcebook, CP45, was first published as a consultative draft in February 2000; a supplementary consultation, CP57, was published in July 2000; and a number of draft conduct of business rules revisions were proposed by the consultation on the Regulation of Stakeholder Pensions, CP61. These latter consultations closed on 15 September 2000.
