We have approved all the waivers in this list. You can look up approved waivers by clicking on the link to the relevant module of the FSA’s Handbook. Modules are listed below only if they contain rules that can be waived.

You may view the details of published waivers by accessing the FSA Register. You will need the firm’s FSA registration number.

These waivers are current as at 7 October 2008 and we update this information monthly, new waivers added during the last month will be shown in bold text. Where a table is blank, no waivers have yet been approved.
