FSA Policies

This section contains the parts of the handbook which are included in your contract and therefore form part of your terms and conditions of employment. The relevant sections are enclosed in a blue box with the header 'Contractual Information' written in white.

 

The FSA is constantly reviewing its terms and conditions of employment and policies to compare them with best practice in similar organisations when appropriate changes may be made to reflect such best practice. This is where you can read an explanation of the precise relationship between the staff handbook and your contract.
