The FSA confirmed in October 2004 that it was looking into whether there might have been any breach of the Listing Rules in connection with forecasts of J Sainsbury plc's first half 2004/5 profits. On the basis of the facts the FSA has established, these enquiries have now been closed and no further action is being taken.
