Changes to the key facts logo
The key facts logo has been registered as a trademark of the FSA. On 6 November 2006 we introduced a revised logo including the ® symbol in order to protect our trademark. The 12 month transition period we gave firms to make this change has now ended, so all firms should now be using the revised logo as shown above.
