As a general policy, the Financial Services Authority (FSA) does not make statements regarding individual firms. Where it does so, for example, to give confirmation of a firm's financial status or in response to a market event, the statement will be published on the FSA website. Any such statement, as you would expect, would constitute the FSA's judgement at that point in time and so it is our normal practice to remove the judgement from our website after 24 hours.
