I note from the last register of the Association of Professional Political Consultants that the Financial Services Authority employed the firm College Public Policy to provide public affairs consultancy services between 01.06.07 to 31.08.07.

  1. Under the act, I would like to know how much money has been paid to College Public Policy by your organisation for these services since January 1 2003, specifying how much money has been paid in each year since that date.
  1. Under the act, I would like to request complete copies of correspondence between College Public Policy and your organisation since January 1 2007. I assume that this would cover all forms of communications including letters, e-mails, faxes, copies of reports and so on.
  1. Under the act, I would also like to request complete copies of the minutes and agendas of any and all meetings between your organisation and College Public Policy since January 1 2007. For each of these meetings, I would also like to request complete copies of all and any documents (such as briefing material, memos, e-mails, memorandums of conversation) which were prepared for or connected with the meetings, either before, during or after the event.
  1. Under the act, I would also like to know whether your organisation has employed any other political consultants or lobbyists since January 1 2003 - if so, what were the names of the firms employed, how much in total was each firm paid by your organisation, and when did payments for each of them begin and end.
  1. I would also like to ask your organisation on answering this request to provide a schedule of documents which are relevant to this request. I believe that there should be a brief description of each relevant document including the nature of the document, the date of the document, and whether the document is being released or not. I believe that providing such a schedule would clarify what documents are being released and what is being withheld, and would also represent best practice in freedom of information.
