The first dedicated free roadshow for car and motor retailers took place at the Heritage Motor Centre in Warwickshire on 10 October.

We wanted to help car and motor retailers understand common areas such as how to comply with the FSA's requirements and principles-based regulation which are topical and relevant to them. We also gave a high-level view of current issues and findings from our recent work.

Over 100 delegates attended the event with a broad representation from small single franchises to large dealer groups.
