How to contact us

Roadshows - finding out what your FSA supervisor has been doing

Our roadshows aim to help you understand key regulatory issues. These are run by FSA staff who supervise financial adviser firms and are a high-level view of topical issues and findings from our recent research.

We are also running a one off workshop in each location to help you understand how you can work towards meeting the principle of treating customers fairly. There is a charge of £50 for this workshop.

Surgeries - one to one with one of your FSA supervisors

Our surgeries offer you the chance to meet us for a one-to-one discussion on topics of your choice. We run these throughout the year in different parts of the country at our own events and those run by others.

Edinburgh one-to-one session

Would you like an informal one-to-one with a member of our Edinburgh staff? These sessions are free, are held in our central Edinburgh office and provide you with an opportunity to speak to us about any regulatory questions or concerns you have. You can register interest by emailing eosurgeries@fsa.gov.uk.

Keeping up to date with FSA activities

We use our communications with you to give you feedback on our research and provide helpful information. We aim to reduce the load on your firm by sending you only one e-mail a month – our regulation round-up e-mail.
