Regulatory information services
Dissemination of regulatory information
Under the Listing Rules, listed companies must make certain information available to investors. From 15 April 2002 a new mechanism for disseminating regulatory information became effective. This means that listed companies can now choose which Regulatory Information Service they wish to use to make their regulatory information available to the market.
Approved services
There are currently seven services to act as Regulatory Information Service providers (please see Contacting Regulatory Information Services).
