Dissemination of regulated information
Companies subject to the Disclosure and Transparency Rules and/or the Listing Rules are required, in a range of circumstances, to make announcements to investors.
Those announcements must be made via a Regulated Information Service. Companies making announcements can choose from a range of providers who have been approved to act as a Regulated Information Service.
Companies have a choice of service provider
There are currently eight providers that act as Regulated Information Service providers that companies making regulatory announcement can choose from.

Existing Regulated Information Services and applicants for the status of Regulated Information Service should familiarise themselves with the Criteria for Regulated Information Services.

- The application process and the criteria for approval we will apply
- Ongoing obligations of a Regulated Information Service; and
