Issuers are able to list debt and asset backed securities under an issuance programme by submitting Final Terms (pricing supplements) to us.
You should submit final terms, ideally by email, no later than 2pm on the day before intended admission. They can be submitted by the applicant or paying agent acting on the applicant's behalf, providing a duly elected officer of the applicant signs a letter of appointment and we receive this in advance.
Applicants or agents should take steps to confirm successful receipt of final terms. As a matter of good practice, it is advisable to take the following steps when submitting final terms to us.
- Either confirm the receipt of each final terms you submit to us by telephone or submit an email before 2pm providing details of all the final terms that are expected to list the following morning.
- Ensure the provision of accurate contact information for the paying Agent and the Issuer with the final terms submitted so that, if necessary, we can contact the relevant person regarding any problems that may occur with the listing.
