Approval and Listing
When the prospectus/listing particulars is clear of comments, the debt specialist agrees a date with the issuer. On the approval date, the issuer must submit the following supporting documents in hard copy:
- Two clean and dated copies of the prospectus/listing particulars
- Signed and dated Form A (not required for listing particulars)
- Issuer Contact Details Form
- Document Publication Form
- Signed and dated Variation Request Letter (if applicable)
- Signed and dated Relevant schedules
Once approved, the prospectus/listing particulars, together with the supporting documents, is passed on to the Listing Applications team for a listing hearing. For more information on this and the relevant documents required, please visit the Listing Applications page.
Once listed, the issuer will be subject to the UKLA's continuing obligations regime. For more information on the continuing obligations of debt issuers, please visit the Company Monitoring page.
For more information about the admission to trading process, please visit the LSE website or Plus Markets website.
