On Monday 18 February 2002, we introduced the Electronic Submission System (ELS System). The ELS System allows companies’ advisers to send draft Listing Particulars and other draft documentation to the UK Listing Authority in electronic form.

The system works from a secure, web-based platform and can be accessed by sponsors and authorised advisers who have been issued with login details and passwords. Sponsors and authorised advisers can give out the login details and passwords to third parties where the parties are acting on their behalf.

If you have login details and a password you can now access the ELS System.

The UK Listing Authority has produced user procedures that explain how to use the system.
