The Helpdesk is open from 8:00am to 6:00pm each business day for Options 1,3,4 and 5 and between the hours of 9.00am to 5.00pm each business day for option 2 and 6. A recorded message will invite you to choose one of six options to transfer you to the staff best suited to deal with your enquiry. The six options are:

If you do not select one of the options but 'hold for assistance' you will be put through to a member of the Administration staff (as in option 1).

NB
- Helpdesk 2 and 6 are unable to answer queries on documents that have already been submitted for approval. If you have questions about draft prospectuses / circulars or listing particulars which you have submitted for approval, you should contact the reader who is handling your transaction. If they are not available or you do not know who your readers are, please contact Helpdesk Option 1 who will provide you with details of the reader or the transaction manager.
- Queries from shareholders of Issuers who are on the Official List and admitted to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange should in the first instance contact the Consumer Helpline on 0845 606 1234.
- Allocation – We are frequently contacted by Advisors to discuss timetable issues or the allocation process. The most frequently asked questions are covered in our factsheet. All unusual queries in relation to allocation should be addressed directly to the Allocations Manager (via Helpdesk 1).
