How to refresh your browser page

 

1) Go to the very top of your screen and click on 'Tools' and then on 'Internet options...'

2) In the Internet Options pop up box that will now be displayed go to the Temporary Internet files section and click on 'delete files' and 'delete cookies' - select 'OK' for each of these options.

3) When these actions have been carried out click on 'OK' at the bottom of the pop up box - which will now disappear - and continue with the web site as normal.
