Bringing a complaint against the FSA
There are a number of ways to contact us about bringing a complaint against the FSA. You can:
- complete the online form or download a printable form which can be sent to us at the address below;
- request the form by emailing the FSA complaints team at complaints@fsa.gov.uk;
- request it by writing directly to the complaints team at the following address:

We recommend that you complete this form in order to ensure that your complaint goes to the right place and that it is a complaint we can deal with (as set out in the COAF section of the FSA Handbook).
