Learning and development is an essential ingredient in helping us fulfil our objectives and in developing your own career. That is why we provide such a comprehensive range of training to help you undertake your challenging role effectively.
Our learning and development reflects the wide-ranging portfolio of skills and knowledge required by FSA people - including regulation, financial services markets and products, accountancy, IT, management and interpersonal skills.
We use a range of activities to deliver our training, using internal courses and external courses, workshops, conferences and seminars. We make use of e-learning courses, video and self study, as well as sponsorship for professional qualifications and internal and external secondments.
