Our selection process

We use a diverse range of selection tools to fill our wide variety of roles, starting with the online application form itself. Depending on the nature of the post, we might ask you to attend structured interviews or assessment centres, prepare case studies or make presentations. When we run large recruitment campaigns, we often hold Open Evenings that include presentations from senior managers, and the opportunity to meet the people you could be working with.

Your next steps to apply

  • Simply search through the jobs available and, if you see one that you'd like to apply for, follow the easy steps. Guidance is given in the link below.
  • Make sure you have an electronic copy of your CV to upload.
  • Answer the online question. This question forms part of the assessment of your application, so please complete your answer in full and relate it to the position you are applying for.
  • Ensure you complete all the sections of the online application process. Your application can be rejected if you do not answer all the necessary sections.

If you have any problems when you access the system or apply online please email update@fsa.gov.uk.
