Sectors

In addition to their line management responsibilities, eight directors and one head of department also have cross-FSA responsibilities for defined sectors or issues. They are responsible for:

  • ensuring that issues relevant to their sector that pose risks to our objectives are identified and resolved as quickly as possible;
  • ensuring that we are developing the depth and breadth of sector-specific expertise among our people; and
  • representing us in our dealings with the wide range of external parties concerning their sector.
